What to expect with your first shipment

  • Most patients receive their package within 4–7 business days.

  • You can now track your order in your Patient Portal by clicking on the "Track Order" button in the upper left hand of the patient portal Home Screen.

  • Tirzepatide Shipments: If you ordered monthly, quarterly or six-months, your shipment will contain the full treatment for your plan. The medicine will last the full treatment plan and has an expiration date longer than the corresponding treatment plan.

  • Semaglutide: If you ordered monthly or quarterly, you will receive the full shipment upfront. If you ordered six months of semaglutide, you will receive two shipments, the first immediately after ordering and the second in 3 months.

We listened to you, the thousands of messages requesting to be able to refill on our own. You don't want to miss an injection. Your Treatment Plan now comes with automatic supply shipments. You can pause at any time.
