Prescription Products and Medications: Because of federal health and safety rules, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications or compounded products once the order has been sent to the pharmacy for processing. But don’t worry—if you receive the wrong item or something’s defective, just reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help sort it out.
