How to Reach Belle Support

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get help. The fastest ways to reach our team are:

Messenger & Email
You can reach us anytime through the Messenger widget in the bottom-left corner or by emailing [email protected].

Patient Portal (For Medical Questions)
Use your portal for medical questions like dosage guidance, side effects, or other treatment concerns. Licensed providers review and respond.

When You Can Expect a Response

Our support team replies during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. MST and Sunday 8am-12pm MST). We are very quick to reply to emails, usually within 3 hours.

Emergency or Severe Symptoms

For severe symptoms—such as trouble breathing, chest pain, shortness of breath or signs of an allergic reaction—call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
