When You Can Expect a Response
Our support team replies during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. MST and Sunday 8am-12pm MST). We are very quick to reply to emails, usually within 3 hours.
Emergency or Severe Symptoms
For severe symptoms—such as trouble breathing, chest pain, shortness of breath or signs of an allergic reaction—call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
