1. Navigate to https://portal.joinbelle.com/

2. Click here.

3. Click "Doctor"

4. Click the "Write your message here" field.

5. Type your message. Example: "I would like to increase my dose."

6. If you would like to Add Photos (prescription Information or other information)-

Click "Photos".
