How Do I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly in the Belle Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com with four options.

Note: If your order has already been sent to the pharmacy, changes apply to future orders only.

For Tirzepatide orders, Belle ships the full multi-month treatment in one order designed to cover the entire treatment duration. Once the initial shipment is sent, there is no separate "next shipment."

For Semaglutide orders, all multi-month treatments are shipped at once, except for the 6-month orders.


Managing Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the "Treatments" section

  2. Click on your active treatment plan

  3. Select the relevant option (e.g., pause, cancel, or resume) under your plan

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your action. If you encounter difficulties, ensure your browser is updated or try accessing the portal from a different device.


What Each Option Means

🟑 Pause Treatment β€” Need a break? Pause your treatment and resume whenever you're ready. Once you're back, you'll be prompted to complete a quick check-in form so your provider can stay up to date on your journey.

πŸ”΄ Cancel Treatment β€” This immediately ends your treatment plan and all shipments, including any already paid for. No further medications will be sent. If you change your mind, simply reach out to support to reactivate at any time.

🟣 Turn Off Auto-Renew β€” Prefer more control over your billing? This option turns off the next renewal of your 1, 3, or 6-month cycle while keeping the door open to resume treatment whenever you're ready.

🟠 End Subscription β€” Stops future billing while still fulfilling any shipments you've already paid for. If you'd like to restart in the future, you'll need to complete a new intake at apply.joinbelle.com.

🟒 Need More Medication? β€” Running low ahead of your next shipment? Use this option to place an early refill and stay on track with your treatment.
