How do I find, adjust, or maintain my current dose?

Check your current dose in the Patient Portal, learn how to request a change, and understand when maintenance dosing is right for you.

Updated yesterday

You can view your current dose in the Patient Portal. If you want to adjust your dose mid-plan or maintain your current dose for future shipments, you can make these changes through the portal or by contacting the care team. Once a shipment has been processed, dose changes can't be applied to that order.

STEP-BY-STEP: FIND YOUR CURRENT DOSE

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com

  2. Click on your medication

  3. Click "Doses"

  4. Your current dosing instructions will appear under "Current Dose"

To adjust your dose mid-plan: Follow your provider's guidance on the new dosage. If increasing, note that your current vial will run out sooner than originally planned. Contact the care team if you need help calculating the new injection volume. To administer a 5 mg dose using your current supply, use a syringe to measure the correct amount of medication. Draw to 50 units on the syringe, which corresponds to a 5 mg dose. For reference, a 7.5 mg dose would require drawing to 75 units. This ensures accurate dosing and helps you manage your existing supply effectively. If you wish to decrease your dose from 7.5 mg to 5 mg, you can use your current medication supply. By following a dose conversion chart, you can determine the exact amount to draw for a 5 mg dose. This approach allows you to retain enough supply to adjust your dose again in the future if needed. For a specific adjustment from 7.5 mg to 5 mg, follow these steps:

  1. Use a syringe to measure the correct amount of medication.

  2. Draw to 50 units on the syringe for a 5 mg dose (compared to 75 units for a 7.5 mg dose).

  3. Monitor your response to the new dose and consult your healthcare provider if needed.

To stay at the same dose: When reordering, select "Stay at the same or equivalent dose" during the online visit. You'll continue receiving your current dose for the full length of your plan.

To request a change for future shipments: Submit your dose adjustment request through the portal or contact the care team with enough lead time before your next shipment date.

To prevent receiving an incorrect dose during dosage adjustments, consider placing a temporary pause on your account or upcoming shipment. Confirm the intended next dose with your healthcare provider or dose conversion chart, and resume shipments only after verifying the correct dosage.
