Belle accepts Affirm and Klarna at checkout so you can split your purchase into monthly payments. Both options let you check eligibility without affecting your credit score. New orders apply at checkout; refills use a reapply banner in your portal 2–3 days before your next charge. FSA and HSA payments are also accepted.
How financing works for new vs. existing orders
New patients — first order: Select Affirm or Klarna at checkout on the intake form at joinbelle.com. You'll complete the BNPL application in one step and see your approval decision before finishing your order.
Refills on current plans: About 2–3 days before your refill charges, a "Required action — Complete payment" banner appears at the top of your patient portal. The banner persists (similar to a failed-payment prompt) until you complete the reapply. Click Complete payment, choose Affirm or Klarna in the payment modal, and finish the BNPL application — your refill will then process on financing.

If you don't see a reapply banner: Your order was likely placed before our BNPL refill reapply rollout. The automatic reapply flow isn't available for those orders. Please reach out to Patient Success and we'll help you get set up on financing — in some cases this means starting a fresh plan so the reapply flow can be used going forward.
Affirm: Split your purchase into monthly installments with rates based on credit and eligibility. Plans as low as 0% APR for up to 6 months on qualifying purchases. No late fees. Choose Affirm at checkout to apply.
Klarna: Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or pay in 30 days. Most plans have no credit score impact. Choose Klarna at checkout to apply.
FSA/HSA: FSA and HSA payment options are accepted.
Other payment: Standard credit and debit cards are accepted for full payment at checkout.
Please note that Belle Health is unable to accept multiple-card payments at checkout.
