Why was my order denied?

Common reasons Belle orders are denied including medical eligibility, payment issues, incomplete intake, and how to resolve each one.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The most common reason for a denial is an accidental response during the allergy screening in your intake form. If you mistakenly indicated that you're allergic to a GLP-1 medication, the system will automatically prevent your order from moving forward. The fix in this scenario is simple - go back and update your answer.

FIXING AN ACCIDENTAL ALLERGY RESPONSE

  1. Go back to the allergy question in your intake form

  2. Update your response to reflect your correct allergy status

  3. Once corrected, you'll be able to continue with your order

Why this happens: The allergy question is sometimes read too quickly, and patients unintentionally mark that they have an allergy to a GLP-1 medication when they don't. This safeguard exists to protect you. While true GLP-1 allergies are rare, they must be taken seriously.

Not sure if you have an allergy? Reach out to the Belle care team through Chat in your Patient Portal and we'll be happy to help you figure it out.

Additional denial reasons: People with type 1 diabetes or people taking insulin. No exceptions.
