What should I do if I received the wrong medication or dose?

Reach out to our Patient Success Team through the chat in your Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com. Include the following details so we can resolve it quickly:

  • What medication and dose you expected

  • What medication and dose you actually received

  • A photo of the vial label (if possible)

What happens next

A member of our Patient Success Team will review your order and prescription to identify the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send the correct medication or dose to you

  • Coordinate with the pharmacy to correct the prescription

  • Issue a credit or refund for the incorrect shipment

How long does resolution take?

Most fulfillment issues are resolved within 1–2 business days after you contact us. If a replacement shipment is needed, standard shipping times apply (typically 3–5 business days).

Important: Do not adjust your dosing on your own. Wait for guidance from our team or your provider before injecting from a vial you believe may be incorrect.
