What happens next
A member of our Patient Success Team will review your order and prescription to identify the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:
Send the correct medication or dose to you
Coordinate with the pharmacy to correct the prescription
Issue a credit or refund for the incorrect shipment
How long does resolution take?
Most fulfillment issues are resolved within 1β2 business days after you contact us. If a replacement shipment is needed, standard shipping times apply (typically 3β5 business days).
