For non-emergency side effects or adverse reactions

Reach out to our Patient Success Team through the chat in your Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com and let us know:

  • What symptoms you're experiencing

  • When the symptoms started

  • Whether you've been able to continue taking your medication

Our team will coordinate with your provider on the best next step, which may include adjusting your dose, pausing treatment, switching medications, or cancelling your plan entirely.

Common side effects that are usually temporary

Nausea, fatigue, and mild GI discomfort are common when starting GLP-1 medications or increasing your dose. These often improve within the first 1–2 weeks at a new dose level.

If you want to stop treatment entirely

You can cancel your membership at any time through your Patient Portal. See "How Do I Pause or Cancel my Subscription?" for instructions. If you've already received medication you can't use, contact our Patient Success Team to discuss your options.

Once your membership is cancelled, no future orders will be placed and no further charges will apply.
