How to Change Your Subscription Plan

Switching Between Monthly, Quarterly, and Bi-Annual Plans and Changing Shipping Dates

Changing Your Subscription Frequency

To change your subscription to a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month supply, please contact Support via chat or email. We'll make the update for you on your next refill.

Please ensure you request the change at least one week before your subscription renewal date to avoid any issues.

Important: You cannot change your plan mid-cycle. The change takes effect on your next refill order.

Requests made after the renewal has been processed and sent to the pharmacy cannot be accommodated.

Pricing Differences

  • 1-month supply: Billed monthly at the single-month rate

  • 3-month supply: Billed quarterly at a discounted rate

  • 6-month supply: Billed bi-annually at a discounted rate

Your new pricing takes effect with your next order.

Changing Your Next Shipment Date Belle offers flexibility in managing your shipment dates to better align with your needs. Whether you need to move your shipment earlier, postpone it, or adjust it to a specific date, the process is straightforward. Below, we outline the steps and options available for adjusting your shipment schedule.

  1. Log into the Patient Portal

  2. Open your Treatment Plan

  3. Tap Next Shipment > Delay

  4. Select your preferred date

Alternatively, you can contact Belle directly to request changes, such as moving a shipment earlier, postponing it, or aligning it with a specific date.

If the delay option is greyed out or unavailable, contact Support — we can manually adjust your shipment date. You can also reach out to Belle anytime before the next shipment date to request changes. For example, contacting Belle at the beginning of the prior month gives ample time to adjust the shipment schedule.

Once your shipment date is adjusted, the update will be reflected in your account or patient portal. This ensures you have the most up-to-date information about your shipment schedule.
