Changing Your Subscription Frequency
To change your subscription to a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month supply, please contact Support via chat or email. We'll make the update for you on your next refill.
Please ensure you request the change at least one week before your subscription renewal date to avoid any issues.
Important: You cannot change your plan mid-cycle. The change takes effect on your next refill order.
Requests made after the renewal has been processed and sent to the pharmacy cannot be accommodated.
Pricing Differences
1-month supply: Billed monthly at the single-month rate
3-month supply: Billed quarterly at a discounted rate
6-month supply: Billed bi-annually at a discounted rate

Changing Your Next Shipment Date
1. Log into the Patient Portal
2. Open your Treatment Plan
3. Tap Next Shipment > Delay
4. Select your preferred date
If the delay option is greyed out or unavailable, contact Support β we can manually adjust your shipment date.
