Describes how the belle portal transition affects Belle Patients

I can't find my account or treatments What happened to the old Belle portal?

Belle transitioned to a brand-new Patient Portal in November 2025. If your account, treatments, or order history seem to be missing, here's what you need to know.

What changed?

On November 15, 2025, Belle launched a new Patient Portal at https://portal.joinbelle.com. This new system provides improved management

of prescriptions, refills, and medical information.

Why can't I see my old orders or treatments?

Orders and treatments created before November 15, 2025 are stored in the legacy (old) system and will not appear in the new portal. This is expected — your data was not lost.

Do I need a new account?

Yes. The new portal requires all users to create a new account. Your old login credentials do not transfer to the new system. You do not

Password resets are not supported for accounts created before the transition.

(tirzepatide or semaglutide) and your current dose so your

provider can continue your treatment seamlessly

4. Your provider will review your intake and issue your prescription

Managing Your Account in the New Portal

Once you have created your new account, you can manage your profile and update your password by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the new Belle Patient Portal.

  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner and select Manage Account.

  3. Under the Profile section, choose Edit Information or Change Password.

  4. Click Change Password and follow the prompts to update your password.

Does this affect my ability to continue treatment?

No. The portal transition does not affect your ability to continue treatment or place new orders. Your medical history and prescriptions carry over — you just need to note your current medication and dose on the new questionnaire.

I still need help with my account.
