Receiving multiple vials is normal, your order is filled with whatever combination covers your total prescribed amount.
Which pharmacy fulfills your order: As of April 2026, semaglutide is produced by one of three pharmacies based on the state you live in: Hallandale (Pure, additive-free), Boudreaux (glycine-based), or VialsRx (glycine-based). For routing details, see Where does my GLP-1 medication come from?
If you have an active semaglutide prescription that was filled by VitalRx (through The Pharmacy Hub) before the April 2026 transition, the legacy content at the bottom of this article still applies to your existing medication.
Note on titration: Hallandale ships semaglutide with a 1.75 β 2.5mg titration step; Boudreaux ships with a 1.5 β 2.5mg titration step. Both pharmacies' vials accommodate the standard range. Your prescriber sets your dose; the pharmacy doesn't change the protocol.
Hallandale β Pure (additive-free)
Formulation: Semaglutide only, no B vitamins, no glycine, no other additives. The solution will appear clear or near-colorless.
Available vial sizes:
Vial | Total Semaglutide |
2.5 mg/mL Γ 1 mL (FLEX 1ML) | 2.5 mg |
2.5 mg/mL Γ 2 mL (FLEX 2ML) | 5 mg |
2.5 mg/mL Γ 3 mL (FLEX 3ML) | 7.5 mg |
2.5 mg/mL Γ 4 mL (FLEX 4ML) | 10 mg |
3-Month Supply β Maintenance:

0.25 mg | (1) 2 mL |
0.5 mg | (1) 3 mL |
1 mg | (1) 1 mL + (1) 4 mL |

1.75 β 2.5 mg | (1) 3 mL + (2) 4 mL |
Boudreaux β Glycine-based
Formulation: Semaglutide + glycine (4 mg semaglutide + 5 mg glycine per mL). Glycine is a basic amino acid used as a stabilizing additive, it is not a B vitamin. Patients with a B vitamin allergy can typically use this formulation. The solution will appear clear or near-colorless.

VialsRx β Glycine-based
If your state is served by VialsRx, your semaglutide uses a glycine-based formulation. Detailed vial configurations coming soon.
Legacy: Semaglutide from VitalRx (existing prescriptions only)
The content below describes semaglutide that was compounded by VitalRx with vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) and shipped through The Pharmacy Hub. New sema orders no longer route to VitalRx. If you received a VitalRx vial before the April 2026 transition, use this section to read your label and confirm your dose.
Available vial sizes (VitalRx): 1 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg (total semaglutide content per vial)
Reading a VitalRx Vial Label
Your label will show a combined notation like "2.5/0.5/mg/mL (10mg/2mg/4mL)" here's how to read it:
First number (2.5): Semaglutide concentration per mL, this is what determines your dose
Second number (0.5): B12 concentration per mL, ignore this for dosing
Parentheses (10mg/2mg/4mL): Total contents, 10 mg semaglutide, 2 mg B12, in a 4 mL vial
For dosing, use only the semaglutide number (the first number). The B12 is included for added support and does not affect your dose calculation.
VitalRx vial configurations:
Concentration | Vial Size | Total Semaglutide | Total B12 |
1 mg/mL | 1 mL | 1 mg | 0.5 mg |
2.5 mg/mL | 1 mL | 2.5 mg | 0.5 mg |
2.5 mg/mL | 2 mL | 5 mg | 1 mg |
2.5 mg/mL | 3 mL | 7.5 mg | 1.5 mg |
2.5 mg/mL | 4 mL | 10 mg | 2 mg |
The VitalRx solution will appear pink or red, this is the natural color of B12 (Methylcobalamin) and is completely normal. Store refrigerated at 2-8Β°C (35-46Β°F) as noted on your label.
