If you've ordered MIC-B12 as a standalone product (not combined with a GLP-1 medication), your shipment will look different from what you may be used to. This is completely normal â MIC-B12 does not require refrigeration, so it ships without the temperature-controlled packaging used for GLP-1 medications.
What's in the box?
Your MIC-B12 order arrives in a standard UPS shipping box â no styrofoam cooler and no ice packs. Inside you'll find:
A small Belle-branded zipper bag containing your medication vial
Syringes and alcohol wipes for your prescribed dosing schedule
A pamphlet with injection instructions for intramuscular (IM) needles
That's it â and that's exactly how it should arrive.
Why does it look different from my GLP-1 shipment?
GLP-1 medications (tirzepatide and semaglutide) must be refrigerated and ship with ice packs and insulated packaging to stay cold during transit. MIC-B12 does not need to be refrigerated, so there's no need for cold-chain packaging.
If you ordered MIC-B12 together with a GLP-1 medication, both items will ship in the same temperature-controlled package with ice packs â because the GLP-1 requires it. In that case, your shipment will look like a standard GLP-1 delivery.
A note on injecting it
MIC-B12 is given as an intramuscular (IM) injection â into the muscle, not under the skin. This is a different technique than GLP-1 injections. Your shipment includes a pamphlet with step-by-step instructions, and the full walkthrough (including a video) is in "How do I store, handle, and inject MIC+B12?".
