NAD+ is available as a monthly or quarterly plan, and also as a one-time 1-month or 3-month supply.
On a subscription plan, your prescription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you make a change. Each shipment arrives as one package with your medication and supplies. One-time supplies do not renew; if you want more, you reorder.
You can manage your plan from the patient portal or by messaging the care team, including pausing or canceling at renewal.
