IMPORTANT: Always read the instruction label on the bottle you receive from the pharmacy to find the dose you have been prescribed.
GLP-1 therapy starts low and slow to help your body adapt and to reduce side effects. Titration means gradually increasing the dose on a schedule set by your clinician.
Why “low and slow”?
Reduces nausea and GI symptoms
Helps you learn new hunger/fullness cues
Improves long-term adherence (and results)
