1. Navigate to https://apply.joinbelle.com/start-online-visit/glp-live

2. Click on which medication you've taken in the last 2 months.

3. Click "Month 2 (5.0mg)" if you have most recently taken 5 mg.

4. Click "Stay at the same or equivalent dose" - if you DO NOT want to increase above 5 mg. This means you will remain at 5 mg weekly for the entire length of your prescription. Example: If you order a 3 Month supply - you will receive 3 months of 5 mg dosage.
