How do I track my order?

Find your tracking number in the Patient Portal, track your shipment with the carrier, and learn when tracking updates typically appear.

Updated over a week ago

You can track your order directly in the Belle Patient Portal. Once the pharmacy ships your medication, you'll also receive an email from the carrier with your tracking number.

Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days from the time the order is shipped.

Prescriptions ordered through Belle are delivered exclusively to the mailing address listed on your account. In-person pickup at a pharmacy is not available. To avoid delivery issues, ensure that your address is up-to-date before placing an order.

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com

  2. Click the "Track Order" button in the upper-left corner of your home screen

  3. View your current order status, estimated delivery, and shipment details

  4. For notifications, click the bell icon in the upper-right corner to see updates

Tracking updates you'll receive: Order approval notification (after medical review). Pharmacy received notification (when the pharmacy begins fulfillment). Shipping notification with your tracking link (when it ships).

Good to know: The pharmacy ships orders Monday through Thursday. The typical timeline for receiving your order is as follows:

  1. Day 0: Submit payment and complete the assessment.

  2. Days 1–2: Medical review is conducted.

  3. Day 3: Prescription is sent to the pharmacy.

  4. Days 3–4: Pharmacy prepares and ships the order.

  5. Days 4–6: Delivery is completed.

Fulfillment Process: Pharmacy Hub

  • Medications are manufactured by an outsourcing pharmacy.

  • Orders are distributed and shipped through Pharmacy Hub, which acts as a fulfillment hub.

  • Regardless of which pharmacy manufactures the medication, your shipment will come from Pharmacy Hub.

Double-checking your mailing address before placing an order can help prevent delays or delivery issues.
