How do I contact Belle support or message my doctor?

All the ways to reach Belle including patient support hours, how to message your doctor, and when to use chat vs. email vs. phone.

You can reach Belle through the Messenger widget on any page, or through the Chat tab in your Patient Portal. Use the Support option for shipping, billing, and dosage change questions. Use the Doctor option for medical questions about side effects or treatment concerns.

Messenger widget: Available in the bottom-right corner of any Belle page. You can reach the team anytime.

Patient Portal chat:

  • Log in at portal.joinbelle.com

  • Select "Support" for non-medical questions, however our staff is clinically trained to answer most basic medical questions as well

  • Select "Doctor" for medical questions a licensed provider will review and respond

Response times: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM MST; Saturday and Sunday, 9AM-12PM MST. Most replies within 24 hours during business hours.

Emergency or severe symptoms: For trouble breathing, chest pain, shortness of breath, or signs of an allergic reaction - call 911 or seek immediate medical care. Do not wait for a chat response.
