How long does it take for my prescription to be processed and shipped?

Step-by-step timeline from provider approval to delivery. Typical 5-10 business days, with clear escalation thresholds if your order is taking longer.

After your provider approves your treatment plan, here's what to expect.


Step 1: Provider review (1–2 business days)

Your provider reviews your intake and medical history. If approved, a prescription is sent to our pharmacy partner.


Step 2: Pharmacy processing (1–3 business days)

The pharmacy fills your prescription and prepares it for shipping. You'll receive a notification when your order is being prepared.


Step 3: Shipping (3–5 business days)

Your medication ships via standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.


Total estimated time

5–10 business days from provider approval to delivery.


If it's been longer than expected

Prescription processing can occasionally take longer due to pharmacy volume, insurance verification, or inventory availability. If your order has been processing for more than 7 business days without a shipping notification, just ask for a status check and our Patient Success Team will look into it for you.


How to check your order status

Log in to your Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com and navigate to your active treatment to view order status and tracking information.
