Your NAD+ shipment includes your NAD+ vial, syringes for your prescribed doses, and alcohol wipes, packed in temperature-controlled packaging to keep it cool in transit.
When it arrives
Move your vial to the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery. The solution should be clear and colorless. Do not use it if you notice cloudiness, discoloration, or particles; contact us first.
If your package was significantly delayed, arrived warm, or anything is missing or damaged, reach out before using your medication and we'll make it right.
