Your sermorelin shipment includes your sermorelin vial, syringes for your prescribed doses, alcohol wipes, and dosing instructions.
Shipments are sent directly to your door with temperature-controlled packaging and cold packs, and you'll receive tracking information so you know when to expect it.
When it arrives
Inspect your package right away and move the medication to the refrigerator. Check that all items are included and undamaged. The solution should be clear; do not use a vial that looks cloudy or contains particles.
If anything is missing or damaged, or your package was significantly delayed or arrived warm, contact us before using your medication and we'll make it right.
