Common and usually temporary

  • Slight discomfort, redness, or tenderness at the injection site

  • Mild nausea

  • You have redness, swelling, or persistent pain at the injection site that isn't settling

  • You notice signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face. Seek emergency care first for breathing difficulty or facial swelling

  • You have any unexpected side effects or concerns about your medication
