If your package was lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address:

  1. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx) using your tracking number.

  2. Complete the online claim form, including supporting documents such as your receipt.

  3. Submit the claim and keep your confirmation details. You can track your claim status online.

  4. After filing, reach out to Belle Support with your claim details so we can assist with next steps.
