Tracking and managing your shipments in Belle is made simple through the Patient Portal. This guide covers how to track your order, expected timelines, notification processes, and steps to resolve shipment issues.

Tracking Your Shipment

You can easily track your orders using the Patient Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal: Navigate to the portal to access your account.

  2. Click the "Track Order" Button: This is located in the upper-left corner of the portal. It displays the current order status, estimated delivery, and shipment details.

  3. View Notifications: Updates about your order will appear in the notification center by clicking the bell icon in the upper-right corner. This includes updates when the prescription ships.

Typical Fulfillment and Shipping Timelines

Here’s an overview of Belle's shipping process and typical timelines:

  1. Day 0: Submit your payment and complete the health assessment.

  2. Days 1–2: Medical review is completed by Belle’s team.

  3. Day 3: Your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for processing.

  4. Days 3–7: The pharmacy processes and ships your package. Orders placed before 2 PM typically ship faster.

  5. Days 7–10: Orders are delivered based on shipping location and method. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping (like 2-day air) may be available.

Important Notes:

  • Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

  • If your previous order was placed before November 15, you’ll need to contact support to request the next refill; auto-ships will not be triggered.

Notifications and Tracking Updates

Belle provides updates at key stages of the order process:

  • Approval Notification: Once the order is approved after medical review, you’ll be notified.

  • Pharmacy Receipt Notification: When the pharmacy starts fulfilling your prescription, you’ll receive an update.

  • Shipping Notification with Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll get an email or portal notification with tracking details (e.g., USPS or UPS link).

Resolving Shipment Issues

If you encounter any shipment issues, here are the best practices:

  • Missing Tracking Number: - Wait 8 business days after placing your order. If still no tracking details are available, contact support to check with the pharmacy.

  • Older Orders: - Orders can take longer to process (7–10 days). Contact Belle directly via support channels for updates on older orders that haven’t shipped.

  • Pre-Paid Refills: - Refills aren’t automatically processed. Contact support to request your pre-paid order to be shipped.

  • Pending Medical Review: - Orders won’t proceed to fulfillment until a doctor has approved your prescription. Regular updates will be made visible in the portal.
