Belle 3-Month Starter: what it includes and how it works

The Belle 3-Month Starter is a new-patient tirzepatide program. New patients pay $499 for the first three months with code START5, then $219/month. Covers what is included, how to start, and pause/cancel.

The 3-Month Starter is a new-patient program for compounded tirzepatide. This article explains what the program includes, what it costs, how to get started, and the safety information you should know before beginning treatment.

What is the 3-Month Starter?

The 3-Month Starter is a new-patient program that includes three months of compounded tirzepatide, a provider consultation, free shipping, and care team access. It is designed to cover the first 90 days of treatment.

Who qualifies for the $499 Starter price?

The $499 Starter price is for patients who are new to tirzepatide and beginning at the lowest starting dose. That is why it is called a Starter: it is built around the first stretch of treatment, when your provider titrates you up through the early doses (2.5 mg, then 5 mg, then 7.5 mg) over your first three months.

You will not receive the $499 Starter price if any of the following apply:

  • You are prescribed any starting dose higher than 2.5 mg rather than starting at the lowest dose.

  • You are an existing patient changing plans (for example, moving from a 6-month to a 3-month plan).

  • You cancelled a previous subscription and are re-enrolling to get the introductory price again.

The Starter covers the first three doses only. If your provider moves you to a higher dose, your plan continues at standard flat-rate pricing (the price is the same across all doses).

How much does the 3-Month Starter cost?

New patients can enroll for $499 for three months by applying promo code START5 at checkout. This is an introductory price for the first three months and applies to new patients only.

This is a discount off the standard three-month tirzepatide rate of $219/month. For all standard plan pricing, see How much does Belle cost?

A few limits to know: the $499 Starter price applies to the three-month tirzepatide plan only. It is not available on the one-month or six-month plans, or on semaglutide or other medications. Only one promo code can be applied per order, so START5 cannot be combined with a referral discount.

What happens after the first three months?

When your medication renews, your subscription continues as a standard three-month plan. You will be charged $657 every three months. That works out to $219 per month, the standard three-month rate. This rate is the same at every dose level, but your plan length sets the price: one-month and six-month plans are priced differently (see How much does Belle cost?).

You are billed the full $657 every three months, not monthly. Medication ships automatically on a recurring schedule, and you can pause or cancel at any time in your patient portal.

Why is my renewal price higher than what I first paid?

The $499 you paid covers your first three months at an introductory new-patient price. After that introductory period ends, your plan continues at Belle's standard three-month rate of $657 every three months, which is $219 per month. This is the regular price of the plan, not a new fee or an added charge. If you do not want to continue at the standard rate, you can pause or cancel at any time before your renewal in your patient portal.

What is included in the bundle?

The 3-Month Starter includes the following:

  1. A three-month (12-week) supply of compounded tirzepatide at the dose your provider prescribes.

  2. A provider consultation. This is an online medical questionnaire reviewed by a licensed provider.

  3. Free shipping, with temperature-controlled (cold-chain) delivery and tracking.

  4. Care team access. You can contact your care team by phone or text with questions about dosing, side effects, or your treatment.

  5. A starter guide that includes injection instructions, your provider's titration schedule, and nutrition guidance.

How do I get started?

There are three steps:

  1. Complete the medical screening. This is an online medical questionnaire that takes about 10 minutes and is reviewed by a licensed provider.

  2. If a provider approves you, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy and prepared for shipment.

  3. Once it arrives, you self-administer the medication at home, typically as a weekly injection, following the instructions in your starter guide.

Your care team is available by phone or text throughout.

Why is the program three months long?

Tirzepatide is typically started at a lower dose and increased gradually over several weeks under provider guidance. This gradual adjustment is called titration. The three-month length is intended to give you time to work through the early titration period with your provider and care team. Individual experiences and results vary and depend on your clinical situation.

Do I need a certain BMI to qualify?

Eligibility is decided by a licensed provider, not by a single number. When you complete your medical screening, a provider reviews your health history and decides whether compounded tirzepatide is appropriate for you. Belle does not publish a fixed BMI cutoff, and completing the screening does not guarantee approval. If a provider determines treatment is not right for you, you are not charged for medication.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your patient portal, and there are no cancellation fees. Important: canceling stops future renewals, but it does not refund a three-month supply you have already been charged for. Because your full three months ship and are paid upfront, prescription medication that has already shipped cannot be refunded, even if you cancel partway through your three months. For full details, see What is Belle's cancellation and refund policy? and How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
