Belle works exclusively with licensed, credentialed compounding pharmacies that meet strict quality, sterility, and sourcing standards. Your GLP-1 medication is produced by one of Belle's pharmacy partners and shipped to you in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. (we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories). Every vial ships with a clearly labeled beyond-use date (BUD).
How your order is routed
Belle routes your order based on your medication, any B-vitamin allergy or sensitivity you reported at intake, and the state you live in. All routing happens automatically â you don't need to select a pharmacy.
Standard compounded tirzepatide (with B6) â fulfilled by Belle's pharmacy network
Standard compounded semaglutide (with B6) â fulfilled by Belle's pharmacy network
Additive-free options for patients with a B vitamin allergy or sensitivity â depending on your medication, this may be a straight/no-additive formulation, or a glycine-based one (glycine is an amino acid, not a B vitamin, so it works for a B-vitamin allergy).
If you're unsure which pharmacy fulfilled your order, check the label on your most recent shipment or reach out to our Patient Success Team.
Quality standards
All of Belle's pharmacy partners are licensed, credentialed, and follow strict compounding standards:
503B outsourcing facilities follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and USP 797 standards for sterile medication production.
503A compounding pharmacies follow USP 795 and USP 800 standards for safe dispensing and shipment.
Medications are compounded under highly controlled conditions to minimize contamination risks. Key measures include in-house batch testing in chemistry and microbiology labs, raw-ingredient testing upon arrival, and production in isolated ISO Grade A enclosures designed to minimize human contact and contamination risks.
