Which tirzepatide formulation am I on?

Most patients receive standard tirzepatide compounded with vitamin B6. If you reported a B vitamin allergy or sensitivity at intake, you receive either an additive-free (Pure) or a glycine-based formulation instead.

Standard tirzepatide with B6

This is what most patients receive. The solution appears clear to slightly yellow, which is normal for the B6 formulation.

Additive-free (Pure)

If you reported a B vitamin allergy or sensitivity at intake, your prescription is routed automatically to a pharmacy that makes one of these. The solution appears clear or near-colourless.

  • Pure — tirzepatide only, no B vitamins, no glycine, no other additives

Routing happens automatically based on your intake and your state. You do not need to request a formulation.

If you are unsure which one you have, check your vial label or message us and we will confirm.
