This guide shows you how to sign in to the new Belle patient portal and how to fix the most common sign in problems.
The new portal signs you in with a 6 digit code sent to your email. There is no link to click, and you do not need a password unless you want one.
Steps
1. Go to the portal sign in page
Visit portal.joinbelle.com. Links in Belle emails take you to the same place, and older portal links redirect there automatically.
2. Enter your email
Use the email address you signed up with, then select Send sign-in code.
3. Check your email for the code
We send a 6 digit code that expires in 1 hour. If it is not in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Enter the code
Type the 6 digits and select Verify and sign in. You should land on your portal home page.
Prefer a password?
To create a password for the first time, or to reset one, select Forgot password, or need to set one? We will email you a 6 digit code, and after you verify it you can choose a new password (at least 8 characters).
Common login issues
The code never arrived. Check spam, then select the option to send a new code. Codes are sent by email only. We cannot text them to your phone.
The code says invalid or expired. Codes expire after 1 hour, and only the newest code works. Request a fresh one and use the most recent email.
No account found for your email. Make sure you are using the same email you signed up with. If you are not sure which email is on your account, use the chat bubble on the sign in page and we will help.
You see a message that your new portal is on the way. Your account is in the migration queue from the old portal. We will email you within 24 to 48 hours when it is ready. For your security, saved card details never transfer from the old portal, so plan to re add your payment method after your first sign in.
Using the portal on your phone
There is no Belle mobile app yet. The portal works in your phone browser: open portal.joinbelle.com in Safari, Chrome, or whichever browser you use and sign in the same way as on a computer. Most phone browsers let you add a page to your home screen from the share menu, which gives you a shortcut icon that opens the portal directly.
Why the new portal looks different
The new portal replaced the old Belle portal. Your treatments, orders, and shipment history carried over, and orders from the old portal appear in a section called Earlier orders. If anything looks wrong, such as a missing treatment or a dose that does not match what you expect, select Chat in the portal menu and message your care team. We will get it corrected.
