If you received a cancellation email â or your portal shows your plan as cancelled â around the time Belle moved to its new patient portal, your treatment has not stopped. This is an expected part of the move, and there is nothing wrong with your account.
Why you got the notice
Belle moved to a new patient portal in August 2026. As part of that move, your plan on the old system was closed and recreated in the new portal. The old system sends its standard cancellation notice when that happens. It looks alarming, but it is about the old record â not about your treatment, which carries on.
The one thing to do: add a payment method
Payment details did not transfer from the old portal, so your new plan may be waiting on a card. Go to portal.joinbelle.com and sign in â enter your email and we will send you a 6-digit sign-in code (there is no password to forget).
Once you login, click the person icon in the top right corner.
Select Account from the dropdown menu.
You will see a tab called Billing and this is where you can add your payment method.
How to check everything is fine
Once you are signed in, your treatment plan and order history are on your account. If your plan shows there and a payment method is on file, you are all set â no gap, no restart.
If something still looks wrong
If you have added a payment method and your plan still shows cancelled, or you believe your plan was cancelled for a different reason, message us here and a person will look at your account directly.
