Every shipment and its live status is on the Shipments page of your patient portal. This guide shows you how to track a shipment and what each status means.
Steps
1. Open Shipments
Sign in, click your person icon in the righthand corner, then select Shipments from the dropdown.
2. Find your shipment
Each row shows the medication, dose, status, and date. Multi month plans list each box separately, for example Box 1 of 3 with the weeks it covers.
3. Track it
Select Track to see the full status. Once your package has shipped, the tracking button opens carrier tracking in a new tab. Select Details for the full shipment page, including what is inside the box.
What each status means
Scheduled: Your shipment is planned for the date shown. It has not gone to the pharmacy yet.
Sent for Fulfillment: Your order has been sent to the pharmacy.
Pharmacy Review: The pharmacist is reviewing your prescription.
Filled: Your medication is packed and waiting for carrier pickup.
Shipped: It is on the way. Your tracking number is now available.
Delivered: The carrier has marked it delivered.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. Message us if this was unexpected.
Scheduled means your order is still with Belle. From Sent for Fulfillment through Shipped, your order is with the pharmacy.
Good to know
Tracking numbers appear once the shipment reaches Shipped. Before that, the pharmacy is still preparing your order and no tracking exists yet.
The Orders page shows the payment side of things. The Shipments page shows the delivery side.
If your plan is paused, held shipments show that they will ship when you resume.
If something seems off
If a shipment sits in one status much longer than expected, or shows delivered but never arrived, select Chat and message your care team. For lost or stolen packages, see: What if my package is lost, stolen, or I need to change the address.
