Refills, reorders, and renewals: how your next shipment works

Your Belle plan refills automatically. You do not need to reorder each cycle. This guide explains the renewal cycle, how your plan ships, and how to get a shipment sooner when you need it.

How renewals work

  1. Your plan renews on your renewal date. To find it, sign in, click on the Treatments tab on the lefthand side, select Manage on the plan you want to see, and look for Next renewal on your plan page.

  1. Your saved payment method is charged on or up to a few days before that date.

  2. Once payment goes through, your order is sent to the pharmacy, reviewed, filled, and shipped.

  3. You can follow every step on the Shipments page, including tracking once it ships.

As long as your plan is active and a payment method is on file, there is nothing you need to do for a refill.

How your plan ships

Your plan does not arrive as one box per month, and it is not all sent at once either. Most plans arrive as two to three shipments across the length of the plan. For example, a six month plan arrives as three shipments of two months each. Your Shipments page lists each box separately with the weeks it covers.

Need your medication sooner?

If your plan is active, you can pay your next renewal early:

  1. Sign in and open Shop, or go to your plan page under Treatments.

  2. When early payment is available, you will see Pay this renewal.

  3. Complete the payment. Your order moves to the pharmacy right away instead of waiting for the renewal date.

Have extra supply?

Move your renewal date later instead of skipping or cancelling. Your shipments and billing move together. See: How to delay, skip, reschedule, or change your next shipment date.

Verify it worked

After a renewal you will see a new order on your Orders page and a new shipment on your Shipments page.
