Auto-Renewal and Handling Prescriptions in Belle
Turning Off Auto-Renew: What Happens Next?
If you’ve turned off auto-renew, you will not be automatically charged for future prescriptions. However, be aware that if your prescription has already been processed or sent to the pharmacy, turning it off won’t cancel the current order. Manual management becomes necessary at this stage.
How Does Auto-Renew Work?
Enabling auto-renew ensures your prescriptions are automatically processed without the need for intervention. This feature maintains an uninterrupted supply of your medication.
What Happens When Auto-Renew is Disabled?
Manually managing your refills involves:
Logging into the patient portal.
Navigating to the section related to refills after disabling the auto-renew.
Submitting your order under options like "Need More Medication?"
Manual Refill Process After Plan Ends
At the end of a multi-month plan, refill your medication with the following steps:
Log into your account in the portal.
Use the manual options to order the next supply.
Re-enable auto-renew later if needed for convenience.
Preventing Additional Charges
To avoid extra charges, ensure auto-renew is turned off if no further supplies are needed. With auto-renew off, Belle only charges upon manually submitted orders through the portal.rder For account-wide cancellations, remember that you can only perform them through account settings for security reasons; the support team cannot process such requests on your behalf.
