If it's been 4 days or less since your missed dose:
Take your injection as soon as you remember. You can then either keep your original weekly schedule or start a new schedule based on the day you took the late dose—whichever is easier for you to remember.
If it's been more than 4 days:
Skip the missed dose entirely and take your next injection on your regular scheduled day. Don't try to "catch up" by taking extra medication.
Important:
Never take two doses at once or within a few days of each other to make up for a missed dose. This increases the risk of side effects like nausea and doesn't improve results.
If you've missed several weeks and are restarting, reach out to our care team—we may recommend easing back in at a lower dose to minimize side effects.
