If the vials are hot to the touch, if the ice packs have burst, or if you see cloudiness, particles, or heat-damaged packaging, do not use the medication â contact us and we'll assess it and arrange a replacement if needed.
If the vials are cool or only mildly warm and look normal, refrigerate them and continue as usual.
Stability
Your medication stays effective for up to 30 days at normal room temperature if unpunctured.
It can handle brief heat exposure up to 104°F for up to 5 days without losing effectiveness.
Some pharmacies set shorter limits than this. Check the label on your vial, and message us if you are not sure â we will confirm with your pharmacy.
