Your GLP-1 shipment arrives in insulated packaging with ice packs, and contains your medication vial or vials, the syringes matched to your prescribed doses, and alcohol wipes.
Melted ice packs are normal and do not mean anything is wrong. Move your medication to the refrigerator as soon as it arrives.
When it arrives
Check that the vial is intact and the label has your name and medication on it. The solution is normally clear to slightly yellow, though this varies by formulation. If the vial is damaged or leaking, if the solution looks cloudy or has particles in it, or if the vial arrived frozen, do not use it. Contact us and we'll sort it out with you.
Why your vial might look different from last time

Your syringe count matches your prescribed dosing schedule. If you run out, message the care team. See "What if I run out of syringes?".
