We work with several licensed compounding pharmacy partners, and your order is routed automatically to the right one â so patients generally can't hand-pick a specific pharmacy or manufacturer for a given order.
How routing works
Which pharmacy fills your order is decided by a few things:
Your medication (for example, tirzepatide vs. semaglutide),
Your state, and
Any B-vitamin allergy or sensitivity you flagged at intake (this can route you to a pharmacy that makes an additive-free or glycine-based formulation).
Because of this, the same patient's shipments can come from different partners at different times, and we can't guarantee a particular pharmacy for a specific order.
Good to know
All of our partners are licensed compounding pharmacies, and the medication meets the same standards regardless of which one fills your order. (See "Is compounded medication legitimate and safe?")
If you have a genuine clinical reason to avoid a specific formulation â such as an allergy â let us know and we'll make sure your routing reflects it.
If you have a concern about a past shipment or a specific ingredient, message us and we'll look into it with you.
