Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for Belle?

Yes — most HSA and FSA providers accept Belle. If yours does not, you can pay with a regular card and submit the receipt to your administrator for reimbursement.

Paying with your HSA or FSA card

Enter your HSA or FSA card at checkout the same way you would a regular debit card. Most providers accept Belle directly.

One thing to know: Belle cannot split a single order across two cards, so whichever card you use has to cover the full charge.

If your card is declined

Some administrators do not accept telehealth charges directly. If your card is declined, your order is not stuck — you have a straightforward path:

  1. Pay with a regular credit or debit card so your treatment is not delayed.

  2. Download your receipt from your patient portal.

  3. Submit that receipt to your HSA or FSA administrator for reimbursement.

Getting your receipt

  1. Log in to your patient portal

  2. Click on your profile icon in the right top corner, then select Orders.

  1. Click View details next to the order you need.

  1. Select Download receipt.

Letter of medical necessity

Many administrators ask for a letter of medical necessity before they will reimburse a claim. Belle provides one on request — message the care team from your patient portal and we will send it to you.

Who decides what is covered

Your HSA or FSA administrator decides what your plan covers. Belle cannot confirm eligibility on their behalf, and coverage varies between plans.

What Belle can do is give you the documentation they ask for: an itemized receipt for every order, and a letter of medical necessity on request.
