You can download a printable receipt for any paid order yourself, for HSA or FSA reimbursement, insurance, taxes, or your own records.
Steps
Sign in, select the person icon in the top right corner, then select Orders.
Select View details on any paid order.
Select Download receipt. A printable receipt opens that you can print or save as a PDF.
Need your prescription document too?
Some HSA and FSA administrators ask for the prescription along with the receipt. Your signed prescription document is available from the Treatments page: under Your plans, select Current, and you will be able to click View or download your prescription.
Receipts for orders placed before the portal move
Your past orders came across in the move to the new portal, so most receipts are available on the Orders page under Earlier orders. If you need a receipt or invoice for an old order and cannot find it, message us through Chat and we will get it to you.
