This article explains when Belle charges you, where to see every charge, and what to do if a charge looks wrong.
When you are charged
Your plan renews on your renewal date, and your saved payment method is charged on or up to a few days before that date. To see your renewal date: sign in, select Treatments, select your treatment plan, and look for Next renewal.
If you paid for your full plan up front, you are not charged again until your plan renews at the end of the term.
Paying at checkout
Your card is charged in full at checkout, when the order is placed. It is not a hold and it is not charged later. If the provider does not approve your prescription, that payment is refunded in full.
Where to see your charges
Select the person icon in the top right corner, then select Orders. This page is your full order and payment history. Each order shows the amount, the date, and a status.
Account credit
If you have account credit, it is applied automatically to your next treatment charge. You do not need to do anything to redeem it. See: How do account credits work?
An unexpected or surprise charge?
Check Orders first. Most surprise charges are a scheduled renewal, and the order will show it.
If it still does not look right, select Chat and message your care team. Refunds are handled by the care team, so chat is also the fastest path for a refund request.
