Why is my plan changing from 3 months to 2 months?

As part of our move to a new patient portal and new pharmacy partners, our GLP-1 plans (tirzepatide and semaglutide) moved from 3-month plans to 2-month plans. The 3-month GLP-1 plan is no longer offered. Here's what that means for you:

  • Your monthly price does not change. You pay the same per month as before.

  • Only the billing and shipping cadence changes — you'll be billed and receive shipments on a 2-month cycle instead of a 3-month one.

  • Your treatment itself and your monthly cost stay exactly the same.

  • If you would like a longer supply, the 6-month plan is still available. It ships as three separate 2-month boxes rather than all at once.

If anything about your plan or billing looks off after the change, let us know and we'll take a look with you.

If your first order used an introductory or bundle price, your renewal is billed at the standard plan price, which may be higher than what you paid the first time.
