You can change your plan length yourself in the patient portal. You'll see the options available for your treatment â and the price for each â before you confirm anything.
How to change it
Log in to your patient portal and go to the Treatments tab.
Select Manage under the treatment you want to change.
Under Plan, click More.
Choose Change plan length.
You'll see the plan lengths available for that treatment with pricing for each, so you can compare before you choose.
A few things to know
Options depend on the treatment. GLP-1 plans are typically offered in 1-month, 2-month, and 6-month lengths. Other treatments run on their own schedules â some are monthly only, some come as a set cycle, and some are one-time purchases.
If you don't see a Change plan length option, that treatment is only offered on one schedule.
Pricing varies by plan length. Your portal shows your exact price for each option before you confirm.
Changes apply going forward and won't affect an order that's already been processed.
