How to Change the next Shipment date
Log in to the patient portal and navigate to the Treatment tab.
On the section that says Your plans, you can click Manage on the treatment you desire to adjust.
From there, you will see options that say Adjust renewal, Pause plan, and More. All shipments and billing within this treatment move with this adjustment. The More option offers the ability to change the plan length or cancel the plan.
You're able to shift the date earlier by up to one week or later by up to 30 days. Be sure to finalize any changes with the Change date button, or Not now if you decide not to adjust.
The Pause plan button allows you to select a reason and pause future shipments that have not been prepared yet.
The Cancel plan button allows you to stop any future renewals. You will still receive all that you paid for. This cannot be undone.
If you need your shipment more than a week early â before travelling, for example â message our Patient Success team and we can help.
How to resume a paused plan
Go to the Home page of your patient portal. Your paused plan appears under Your plans with a Resume plan button. Tap Resume plan to start it again.
How auto-renew and billing work
Your plan renews automatically so your treatment continues without a gap. The new portal does not have a switch to turn auto-renew off.
If you are not ready for your next shipment, pause your plan instead. Pausing holds future shipments until you are ready. When you unpause, your card is charged automatically and your order is filled and shipped on the usual timeline.
If you just need a little more time, you can adjust your renewal date in the portal instead of pausing. See Adjust renewal above.
When your card is charged
Your renewal date is shown in your patient portal, and that is the day your card is charged.
Your renewal date sits about 5 days before your next injection is due. Those extra days give the pharmacy time to fill and ship your order so it reaches you in time to keep you on schedule.
For example, if your first order is on the 1st, your renewal date will be the 25th, and each renewal after that stays on the 25th.
If you paid for your full plan up front, you are not charged again until your plan renews at the end of the term.
