How to delay, skip, reschedule, or change your next shipment date

If you have extra medication on hand, or you just want your shipment to land on a different day, you can move your renewal date yourself. Your shipments and billing move together, so nothing gets out of sync.

Steps

1. Open your plan

Sign in, select the Treatments tab on the lefthand side, then select your medication.

2. Open the plan

Select the Manage button in the righthand corner of the plan, then select Adjust renewal.

3. Pick a new date

The Change your renewal date window shows your current renewal date and a calendar with the range you can choose from. As you pick a day, the preview updates with your new charge date and estimated arrival.

4. Confirm

Select Change date. You will see the message "Your renewal date is updated."

Good to know

  • Need a date outside the range shown? Select Chat with us right in that window and we will move it for you.

  • A shipment already with the pharmacy still arrives. Date changes apply to upcoming shipments only.

  • Want a longer break? Pause your plan instead. Billing stops and your shipments hold until you resume. See: How to pause, resume, restart, or cancel your plan or subscription.
