How to Update Your Account, Address, or Payment Information

Here’s how to make changes anytime to prevent shipping issues, billing problems, and interruptions in your treatment.

Update Personal Information

  1. Log in to your Belle account at portal.joinbelle.com.

  2. Click on the person icon and Go to Manage Account in the top right corner.

  3. You will see the option under Profile to click "Edit Information."

  4. Edit email address or phone number.

  5. Save changes.

Update Your Address

If you’ve moved or need to update your shipping details:

  1. Log in to your Belle account.

  2. Click on the person icon and Go to Manage Account in the top right corner.

  3. Click 'Billing & Shipping'.

  4. Edit the address.

  5. Save changes.

Important: If you have an order currently processing, message us immediately so we can ensure it ships to the correct address.

Update Your Payment Method

To change or add a payment method:

  1. Log in to your Belle account.

  2. Click on the person icon and Go to Manage Account in the top right corner.

  3. Click 'Billing & Shipping'.

  4. Edit the payment method.

  5. Save changes.

If a payment fails, updating your card will allow your order to continue processing.

You can also update:

  • Health Records, including weight

  • Basic personal details

Accurate information ensures:
