Belle has officially transitioned to a new and improved Patient Portal. To make sure you know exactly what to expect, here’s a simple breakdown of how the change affects your account and your past orders.
Orders Placed Before November 14th
Any orders placed before November 14th — and some orders placed through November 17th — were created in our old portal and will not appear in the new system.
These older orders cannot be transferred into the new portal. (Rest assured, the medical team can see all of your prior orders in your chart.)
This is expected and does not affect your ability to continue treatment or place new orders.

New Portal for All New Orders
All future orders must be placed through our new customer portal.
How to Set up New Account:
In order to access the new account, you will need to complete a brief questionnaire when you are ready to place your next order. You do not need to create an account until you are ready to place an order.

You will need to create an account the first time through the link above as if you were a new patient. This ensures your profile and future orders are correctly set up in the updated platform.

Portal Access:
Once you have completed the questionnaire and placed an order, you will now have an account in our new system. These orders and all future communications with our medical team, management of treatment plan and updating any personal or health information will be done at the following website:
What You’ll See in the New Portal
You will not see any past orders from before the transition.
Only new orders created in the new portal will appear in your order history moving forward.
This setup helps streamline your experience and improves speed, reliability, and support.
