Cancellation and Refund Policy

Details on when refunds apply and how Belle handles returned, canceled, or incorrect orders.

Updated over a month ago

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel your order. When you completed your purchase, it immediately enters our fulfillment process with our pharmacy partner and cannot be stopped or reversed.

We process orders quickly to get your medication to you as fast as possible, which is why we're unable to accommodate cancellation requests even when they're submitted shortly after purchase.

I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I'm happy to answer any questions about your order or how to make the most of your medication.

We completely understand that returns and refunds are important to our patients.

Hold on Card

Your credit card is not charged at the time of purchase. Instead, a hold is placed on the account for the amount of the order. If the prescription is approved, then your card will be charged. If the prescription is not approved, the hold will be released.

Refund Policy

Prescription Products and Medications: Because of federal health and safety rules, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications or compounded products once the order has been sent to the pharmacy for processing.

If you believe there has been a mix-up or if you received a defective product, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help sort it out.

Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare needs — we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Changing Your Plan

If you would like to switch your plan—for example, to a three-month plan, titration plan, or maintenance plan—you will need to submit a request through your patient portal to the support team (not the doctor). Once your request is received, your provider can review it and make the necessary changes to your plan.

Important Points:

  • Refunds are not available for mistaken orders.

  • Any changes must be requested and processed through your patient portal.
