Why was my payment declined, and how do I fix it?

Common reasons a Belle payment is declined and how to update your card so your order can ship.

If a payment for your Belle order didn't go through, it's usually quick to fix. Your order won't ship until payment clears, so updating your details promptly avoids delaying your treatment.

Common reasons a payment is declined

  • Your card has expired or a number was entered incorrectly.

  • Insufficient funds at the time of the charge.

  • Your bank flagged the charge as unusual and blocked it. This is common with recurring or telehealth charges.

  • The billing address on file doesn't match your card.

  • The card doesn't support recurring or subscription payments.

How to update your payment method

  1. Tap the person icon (top right), then Manage Account, then Billing & Shipping.

  2. Add or update your card details and save.

How the charge retries

Once your payment method is updated, you'll see a "Retry failed payment" button in the portal. Tap it to process the charge.

If you don't see a Retry failed payment button, reply here in the chat and our team will process the payment manually.

If your bank blocked the charge, contact them to approve Belle as a recurring merchant before retrying.
