Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancelling your subscription simply turns off future renewals â you'll still receive everything you've already paid for. For example, if you're two months into a six-month plan, you'll continue receiving your shipments through month six; the plan just won't renew after that.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime directly through your account. Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, however, that specific order can't be cancelled, returned, or refunded, as federal regulations prohibit returns on prescription and compounded medications.
Steps to cancel:
Login to your portal and select the Treatments tab.
From there, choose the plan you want to cancel by clicking Manage on the righthand side.
Once in that plan, you will see options to adjust, pause, or cancel the treatment.
If your circumstances change
If you no longer need or want to receive the medication â for example, due to pregnancy or a medical issue â reach out to our team. In approved cases, we can authorize a refund or cancellation of prepaid shipments.
